Reliable fixing of the membrane inside the tank guarantees the maximum service life. Hydraulic accumulators have an almost unlimited service life, since the membrane can be replaced.
The hydraulic accumulator is designed to smoothly change the pressure in the system during pump operation. If you have a hydraulic accumulator, you can use a pressure switch that automatically controls the pump. Also, the hydraulic accumulator limits the number of turning on and off the pump, while increasing its service life. Inside, the hydroaccumulator is divided by a replaceable membrane into two chambers: water and air.
The air chamber contains pre-injected air under pressure. Contact of water with the metal surfaces of the membrane tank body is impossible, since all water enters the water chamber - the membrane, the material of which is a wear-resistant rubber material that is not susceptible to the action of bacteria and meets all hygienic and sanitary standards for drinking water. On the side of the air chamber, a pneumatic valve is located in the housing of the membrane tank, designed to regulate the air pressure.
